Flange plate adaptors represent the first generation of wheel balancing adaptors that allowed the wheel to be centered on the wheel balancer in a mirror image mount to the way the wheel was mounted on the vehicle.

The Axis200 is a step down from the AXIS500 and the digital electronic inclinometer does not calculate the toe out on turns or the castor sweep automatically. It requires the use of the 20 degree scales and a manual calculation other wise its the same as the AXIS500. |

Have you ever balanced a wheel to zero, then remounted the same wheel and balanced it again? Does your balancer then ask for more weight on the very wheel you just balanced to zero? To get a smooth vibration free drive, the wheel must be centered & torqued onto the balancer, just the same way it will be centered & torqued onto the vehicle! That's it - It's truly that simple! The QuickPlate is designed so that when the Wing nut is tightened down, each stud on the QuickPlate will receive the identical torque. This ensures that the wheel is sitting absolutely vertical on the balancer with equal pressure in each lug hole - just as it will be torqued onto the vehicle. Motorcycle wheels fit on to the wheel balancer differently to car wheels, they sit in front of the back plate of the wheel balancer (see diagram). Why are motorcycle wheels different? Dynamic balancing requires 3 inputs: |

The Haweka ProBike motorcycle kit enables you to dynamically balance motorcycle wheels and will fit most wheel balancers. However to balance the wheel dynamically the wheel balancer must be capable of balancing motorcycle wheels i.e. there must separate motorcycle programme or the operator must be able to input the three measurements required for dynamic balancing.
